    If you take it to a dealership and they tell you it is eligible for the frame inspection you might want to consider taking it to a dealership that might be more inclined to fail it. Once the inspection is done at a dealership if it passes you cant take to another dealership for a second opinion. A smaller dealership is going to be more likely to fail it as they want to line up more work for themselves. I can almost guarantee you Leith Toyota would have passed my frame inspection and I wouldn't have gotten a new frame. I had a very poor experience with them on the leaf spring recall so I told them not to do the inspection on my frame. I took it to a dealership in Virginia and it took a lot longer than I hoped but in the end it was the way to go. @David Loflin

    It is.. just in case you need to destroy some evidence. I think the old 3.8 is the culprit. Haven't heard of any that have the 3.6

    i have to change gear oil on my D30 & 8.8, ECGS suggest Lucas non- synthetic 85w-140.
    Can I just use a RTV? ( I like using Honda Bond from Honda, gray in color)
    Or shall I get a Lube Locker?

    Honda Bond or Toyota FIPG will be fine, I gave Tim a new tube of FIPG a few months ago. Just be sure you're done and have everything cleanwhen you apply it.
    Once that shit (either one of them) cures, it ain't coming off with out a lot of cussing. Buy it also won't get knocked loose easily either
