    Yea I finally figured it out. I'm not entirely sure how I figured it out but I followed a set of directions online that fixed it.

    Basically when I was on the same wifi network it worked, but when I went to cellular or another wifi I needed to access it through another port (or IP not sure).

    haha yup, stuff like that usually isn't too hard to fix, and the internet always has an answer. Now if it stops working later it's because your Internet provider changed your IP address to your modem. I say this because I think I know how you fixed it, and don't think it's permanent.
