Raleigh North Carolina and surrounding areas

Emissions testing is good, look around FL, SC, and other non emissions/once a lifetime inspection states.. Too many of those cars are complete shit. If you have modified your truck you should be able to do it that it will still pass an emissions check, at least the "visual" check that we do here, meaning they don't use a sniffer.

 

I just moved from SC, and I will have to agree with you that there are SO many junkers on the road. That along side that SC drivers are ranked as some of the worst drivers in the nation (wrecks/tickets and accidents per capita?) leads to stupid high insurance. My rate went down by half moving here.
