If you're looking at getting a JK get the HD versions they are a little different in width and length and there are a few other differences in deck layout etc. The Coosa is a good choice as well.

I fish pretty hard down east. Over the last 2 months Ive been dialed in on the drum flounder and trout. Sometimes I wish I had a kayak when the fishing gets tough they will spook off my trolling motor. Need a kayak for the super stealth mode. Only problem is when 1 spot is slow Im headed on to the next one which can be 4-5 miles away. Typical day Im covering 25-40 miles which aint gonna happen on a yak. Ive been looking at something I could fish out of and use as a layout blind to smash ducks ... maybe next year.

You'd be surprised at how many miles you can cover in a kayak. Not that many but still quite a bit. A day of fishing for me I can usually cover around 10 mi. depending on how they are biting. Your other option is to throw the kayak on the boat then anchor the boat and get in the kayak and paddle around when you get to a spot.

Love catching those fish. You've got some nice catches there. A big bull red is absolutely a riot and fun on a kayak especially if you crank the drag down for fun.

Yeh we hit the Bull Drum run in the neuse this year and got into them thick. Early September the shoals off of Oriental it gets pretty crazy. Managed to get my dad into a school of them they were crushing the popping corks we landed 8-9 of them. Also randomly had a 40 inch tarpon smoke the drag on my light tackle setup he went aerial a couple of times and spit the hook 10 feet from the boat. Still counts as an LDR!

Wish I had those skills and comprehension. It seems that every computer that I end up buying is a compromise somehow.
