an inch shy of 4.5 feet, when you get that much at one time, an inch more or less is irrelevant 48" is 4 feet, add 6" you're at 54" thats 4.5', and thats at "official" recording stations, some areas probably got a little more, some a little less.

63" total since Sunday, 5 ft 3 inches of snow, in 4 days Anyway you look at it, thats a LOT of snow in a very short time.

That's like where I lived in Wyoming. true story we lived in the lower apartment which was half below the ground either one of my roommates or someone across the hall left the door to the stairs and hallway open over night. When we opened our door the next morning we had a snow drift that filled up the whole hallway so snow was almost to the top of the door and dumped into our apartment and the peoples across the hall. We had to dig out the hallway and staircase. Thought it was the funniest thing! Love driving and going to play in the snow.
