    Honestly, if you can swing it, buy, then sell it when you know where you want to end up, the market in this area you can’t not make $$$ selling. The longer you wait the more $$$$$$ it’s gonna be when you do
    It’s a scary thing, but that ends quickly

    EDIT: I thought you were looking at houses, didn't realize it was your current place being shown, that sucks too

    That was night before last and it still got colder. I’m still camping in this shit haha. It was so cold that if you moved your water about 2 feet from the fire it would freeze in like 5 mins.
