I just threw it together no recipe. Yea you could use other meat if you want.

Marinated meat in a store bought stir fry sauce, stir fryed it in my cast iron wok, pulled the meat out the cooked the veggies with soy sauce, pulled them out, then lastly stir fryed the cabbage with soy sauce.

I like the free .99 at the caswell game lands range but they are only open from thurs.-sun. Personally I am not a fan of indoor ranges to much echo and amplification of sound even with plugs and muffs my ears still ring afterwards. But they are nice for winter and nasty weather days.

 

I think Ill go to the 250+ acre farm I've got in chatham county and hoot for free.

 

I use to be able to just go out in my back yard and shoot but since I sold my house and now am apartment living that is no longer an option hence going to the free range at the game lands.

 

Well all that noise makes me feel at home

 

I like that better especially for my long guns

 

I like the smells and sound it's just to intense of noise for me. I am fine all day long at an outdoor facility, indoor on the other hand I can only stand an hr or two then I'm out.

How long does it take to cook overall?

 

It depends on your stove/pan/speed.. My stove sucks at heating my cast iron wok so it took me about 20mins to cook.
