probably to late, but there is a place in front of Clayton Walmart on 70 that we thought was pretty good. its a nice sit down place but they do take out as well.

You know its a good place when they have smoked/roast duck, goose and pig hanging in the meat case.

 

I rock an off brand pair of crocs lol. Used to get them free from the wilderness program I worked for.

Gonna have to bring 'em. It's all good. She likes some 4x4. We have a doodad that was super fun in AZ but can't really be used in the SouthEast, so it's getting sold before we move back.

 

Oh moving back, I didn't catch that. Whatcha mean you can't really use it here? There are several parks that are geared towards them, Windrock being one.

 

I'm not towing that motherfucker for 9 hours just to drive *more*. It's a shame - it's a manual with a tachometer that redlines at 10,500 and a suspension that makes the long travel guys drool. Going 60 over shit you should *never* go 60 over is way too fun.

In AZ I lived literally 5 minutes from forest service roads that ran for hundreds of miles. I could take that sucker out for a 20 mile romp after work on a weeknight.

Yeah, comin' home as in like *coming home*. The wife and I will be house shopping in the Morehead City/Beaufort area.

Edit: Oh yeah, the other thing - you can road legal side by sides in AZ, so I could putter around town in it. NC there's no way to make that happen no way no how.
