    Hehe, there's lots of good info. I've probably read every link on Google about it. Some people get way into it. Mines fairly basic. Still waiting for a seal though. For the first cook I might put together a time lapse. We'll see.

    There's only 5 bolts per side. There's actually 7 but only 5 need to come out.
