    I thought the Subie drivetrain was called a boxter engine?

    Edit: Google says the STI engine is referred to as Boxter engine.

    I think Subie has to call it that because VW/Audi/Porsche has a patent or whatever on the term Boxer. But boxer or horizontally opposed is the correct terminology boxter sounds silly.

    BOXER engine is the typical term for a flat 2, 4 or 6 cylinder engine that Porsche, VW and BMW motorcycles typically use (aircraft as well, but let’s not get silly)

    A BOXTER is a rear engine Porsche that is a popular swap into some VW retro mods

    The STI drive train I am referring to would be the whole AWD system trans axle and boxer engine which would be wicked cool in a VW bus, it would take work, but it would be cool, and fun !

    Nice but if you find one of those old chevys with the full wrap rear window those are even more rare than the 5 windows. Glass for the full wrap rear windows is outrageous to find or have made. If you find one cheap scoop it up!

    Im in search of a set of decent stock Tacoma 4runner rims with stock size tires in good shape. Helping my brother out. His Taco has stock steels and tires about gone. So he would like to upgrade to a nicer stock rim, that hopefully some one upgraded to new tires and rims
