What kinda shape are your hub bearings in ? No noise, no play ? This can effect alignment if there is any. Hopefully it’s not loughlin bad.

Pulling right says the right caliper is got a good grip on things, maybe not so much the left.

Did ABS activate ? (Rapid vibe and sinking feeling of brake pedal)

Any chance that right pull could be a tire issue ?

Bearings are good and replaced them both about 50k ago due to how bad they were in the past.

The ABS won't activate as I have a busted ABS sensor so it cancels it on all 4 corners...

As for the tires they have maybe 10k on them and rotated and balanced right after oil changes at 5kish.

I'm hoping that I don't need another caliper but it's either that or a heavy pull due to the alignment is the only thing I child think of

Left caliper went thru all the same shit the right one did, why expect it wouldn’t have issues at some point ? Yeah, it sucks, but so does burning up a new set of brakes or worse.

Quit dickin around and get the alignment done. It’s not doing the tires any favors

Is it possible the opposite brake line (opposite to the side it’s oulling towards) is done and so malleable and soft that you’re losing hydraulic pressure and subsequent braking force?

    Just a thought

Lots of things can cause a pull to one side or another. Contamination on the pads, calipers locking up or not working on the opposite side, ABS sometimes will only actuate one side due to slipage from that side, alignment, tire issues, brake hoses internally collapsing, worn suspension bushings or loose steering parts, the road crown, etc. What @Blkvoodoo said about the calipers, it's best practice to replace them in pairs because of one being new and one being aged and worn. If you know you already have some steering parts that are worn and your alignment is off then fix that first then go from there go out and do some hard stops if it acts similar replace the left caliper and brake pads and recheck. If still happens slowly just start eliminating things by checking them.

I like how well it follows the lines of the body. Now for some big ol' KCs! Even though it has a stinger it would look good with a little rally car theme to it.

@voz Kept it simple and tucked up. Has trailer hitch for a basket, we still need to cap ends of bumper and figure exhaust tip

Finally installed the lift last night.... need some tire and wheels now. Not sure what combo to go with. Probably STT pro or trail grapplers but open to suggestions on wheels that might look good. Probably some 17s.

I love the look of the pizza cutters. It’s what I had on my Tacoma back in the day. Only problem is they can be tricky to find depending on where you live.

    255/80/17

Still 33s but they are significantly more narrow and don’t kill your mileage

I think I’m going to go just a little taller. Want to do tall and skinny though. These tires actually came on the truck.
