Hi all. I just got my hands on Carista. I was tired of the damn seat belt beeping. I'm not sure what else this thing can do, but if anyone is in the Durham area, I'd be happy to share while my free trial lasts.

I had the medical director look at it via text. Doesn’t that count?

The big things I’m thinking of:
You can’t fix a broke finger- splint is all they’d give me (I can get that at CVS for much cheaper lol)
It’s torn and mashed skin, so no matter how deep it is, they can’t stitch it up

So doctors office seems pointless to me. If it starts showing signs of infection, I’ll go. Til then, I’ll save my money lol

Dude I am down for a hog hunt any day no matter the heat. My buddy sent me a pic of the hogs they slayed last night down in the hill country. 4 guys 26 hogs in 6 hrs. all of it went to local shelters which is awesome.

Ummmm I wish I had a pic of my rt. hand all pinned back together they most certainly will pin or whatever if the break deams it necessary. I had 2 pins all the way through my ring and pinky fingers, plus 2 pins affixing my boxer's break, and then some fixture outside holding my bones in the hand for the middle finger and ring finger together.

But yeah a normal break is just a splint you can use a popsicle stick that's what gramps always used for mine that were just normal breaks. The big thing is making sure the bones are set right before splinting and they aren't offset. If you have a med access there it's like 120 bucks cash and they'll do x-rays and get everything right. Just wait till you tap or brush it against something inadvertently it'll wake you up! :D

Unless if you want to hunt at 3am and still not get to keep any of the meat, you have to wait til it cools off in texas. During the summer it’s still in the high 80’s low 90’s at night so the meat will spoil before you can clean it and get it in a cooler. Ask me how I know :anonymous:

But in the fall and winter, when I go home I’ll let y’all know. We can slay some piggies. Last ones I killed were 80lbs and 230lbs. Momma and one of her babies. They are so bad that most people who own land will kill em and let them lay

Yea I’ve done that a few times already lol. Thankfully I’ve only broken my ring finger, 3rd metatarsal, and my left foot. Never a large bone. My ring finger had two pins put in it during surgery. Getting those pulled was gnarly. Didn’t hurt, just felt so weird

Shit I need to show you how to tuna them! That's how my buddies do them they gut them then throw ice bags in the cavity. They also get them in coolers quickly since they give 90% of the meat to shelters.

Yup. Allows you to change a handful of settings, like door locks, windows, seat belt sensor, lights, etc.

Yeah my doc was late pulling my pins so they were pushing out which I never kept the splint on that he wanted me to so I thought that it was something I had done. I kept pushing them back in. When I went to get them pulled he was like huh I expected these to be pushed out. I was like what he said as the bone heals it'll push them out. I said well damn I never kept my splint on so I thought me being active with my hand had messed something up so I kept pushing them back in. He started laughing at me.

They are sick aren't they!!!! He's working on a switchable dome light now to go between red and white:facepalm:! Just make sure you install the map lights correctly he has them marked with an L and R on the little standoff on the back of them.

Little mods like this just make the truck seem just that much better than the dark factory stuff.
