    Yeah really I mean renters insurance will cover you but no sense in them having to deal with someone else's lack of concern for keeping the structure up to par. I mean if it were replaced and shit happened it would be a different.story.

    Time to find a new building and landlord might be hard to find another with the shop put back.

    There are so many types of molds best to have an expert come in and do an analysis. I learned through a huge Reno my folks did that not all black molds are harmful but usually it does indicate a harmful one. It's pretty crazy and a lot of work to deal with it.
