A little of this and a little of that.
Headers have been installed, couple of hiccups here and there though. Completely forgot about the need for O2 extension harness...great. That was shipped overnight along with one or two other goodies, because why not right? Stripped a few teeth off of the ratchet wheel in one of my torque wrenches, blew out the pin of a flex head ratchet, trashed a socket or two, etc. Such is life.

Well all my things arrived for the bumper install Saturday @Sandman614 but I’m pretty sure we won’t be able to install any of the lights. The light bar is a single row 20” but the mounting points are 22” apart on the bumper so I don’t understand how that’s supposed to fit. And I ordered 3x3 fog pods like @ovrlndkull suggested but the fog holes on the bumper are round . That’s on me though. I probably should’ve walked down stairs and double checked before ordering :homer:

My new rocker switch will be here tomorrow so worst case we install the bumper, wire the rocker switch and get the light bar and fog lights wired to a point where all I have to do is plug and mount the correct sized ones

Mount stock fogs with the U-bolt method. see post below. I ran aftermarket fogs, but they were round like stock, and this is how I mounted them.

And if I recall, 20" single row light bar is the width of the light, the studs / mounts get you spaced out to 21.5" - 22" +/-

Yep the feet of the light bar stick out another inch on either side. It’ll mount, I’d be willing to put money on it

Sweet. I remember I had to widen the slots in the mounts on the bumper to accept the studs of the lightbar I got. just a tad, but had to make em bigger.

Yea same with mine. I had to drill the hole out and use a bit smaller bolts with washers and it worked just fine

You’ve restored my faith in the install. Though I’ll still take your money if you’re wrong.

I think I’d rather have after market fogs. I’ll stick with stock Saturday until I can order some correct sized replacements

10-4 to that. you lose any aiming adjustment of the fogs with the u-bolt method, unless you get creative. luckily mine aimed pretty decent.

@ovrlndkull do you know anyone that works for the state of NC? Or anyone else in this thread? I applied for a job in Maury a while back and they want me to come interview next week.
