Doesn't look rusted/seized to me. Beating the hell out of it probably is overkill. Tap it at the top, then the bottom, then the side, then the other side, rinse and repeat. Work it around and out it comes. Could even get a screwdriver/prybar in the opening and pry it a little, moving around in the same fashion as tapping it with the hammer.

What's the green stuff splashed around?

Dude you thinking about moving to the best coast!!!??? :fistbump::headbang: I do know some people who work for the state and some of the politicians but not for or in that area. If you move here we will need to hit the trails and hit some of the cool camoica areas!

Actually, I finished up last night just before 10 and went for a little stroll around the neighborhood then hit US-1 so I could let her stretch her legs a bit. :burnrubber:

What? Me pissing the neighbors off, I would never...:spy:

It was a decent gain on the 2.7 so I’d imagine it would be decent on the 6 cyl

From what I've seen the 6 doesn't see much gain unless you put forced air into it.

A little of this and a little of that.
So, here’s what I’ve done so far.

    URD LT Headers
    URD Y-Pipe
    URD Cat-Back
    URD MAF Cal (PNP V1.0)
    URD O2 Extensions
    AFE ProDryS OEM Filter

    1. YES, yes there is a damn noticeable difference overall, haha.
    2. Low-End feels stronger and less dwell time applying load to engine.
    3. Mid-High range is very very much improved.
    4. Idle tone is noticeably louder given the increased diameter piping and restrictive components removed which is a given. However, idle and putting around is surprisingly tame.
    5. Under load old girl sings. A tiny bit of rasp but it’s drowned out by the overall exhaust note.

Overall I’m pretty impressed with the results for the small amount of changes made.
