And those people are getting paid more than us... I just told my boss that I feel like I should stop stressing and trying to do my job. Based on everyone else's performance I'm working too hard.

Porches are pretty simple and there’s some good info online. Just make sure the posts it’s sitting on are square and everything else will fall into place. If those are out of square, you’ll chase your tail the rest of the project trying to make things right.

Yea dude! Going through the interview process to hire our latest person, showed me how bad people's resumes are and how bad our lead is on reading resumes. In this case the job is remote so the availability opens up to everybody Nationwide. The hiring cool being large should bring in plenty of opportunities to hire better people

I only hire by word of mouth nowadays. I spent so much time sifting through half hearted emails with no resume attached and reading resumes that looked to have been written by a 6 year old.

That is such a broad range of dates. Get me the info for out of state hunting for hog and I'd like to bag one of those deer down there not a whitetail forget the name. It was an introduced species have white dots all over.

I'll shoot as many hogs off your property as you'd likee

Good thing for you is you won’t need tags for hogs.. don’t need a license even.

Those axis deer are awesome but I’ve never personally seen one in my neck of the woods

Tell them to get you as pos caster as possible. A little neg or pos camber won't hurt just not a lot you want to try and stay within spec with that. I think if you get a good alignment it'll solve your rubbing issues.

That would be awesome! Judging from the photo do you think it’s needed? I just didn’t want to Void my warranty. Here is a side profile of the whole truck. The guy didn’t raise it to the top in the front.

I wouldn't go a chopping until you get a good alignment, check and clearance all the plastics, and let someone look when it makes contact for what is actually hitting. If you offroad then check it on obstacles where you get full stuff and are rubbing to see what needs to be trimmed.
