can we all just agree that working on washers and dryers sucks more than any other appliance?

It sucks because it’s usually a very inconvenient time, but actually working on them isn’t that terrible, dryers are pretty simple, washing machines can bring the suck.

Agreed. I hate anything with water to include working on plumbing under the sink.

Agreed...I like plumbing (but dont love it) but have fought with so many sink disposal units that I vowed never to install one ever again. Moved into current house back in May of 2019 and needed a plumber (have a great and affordable one if anyone needs one) to install a new pressure reg. valve and had him put in a new Waste King at the same time. I hope to never have so much free time that I am so bored that I actually consider replacing a disposall. Install from scratch.....mayyyybbbeeee.....

It finally happened.. something broke on the Jeep (that wasn’t a direct result of my own mods lol). After 118k the clock spring took a dump on me and had to be replaced. What a pain in the ass that thing is to get to :annoyed:

I've had to replace the rubber boot on my washing machine. It is a pain.

Taco related - I get new tires Thursday! Some Kumho's road ventures. Also going to take them to the beach to sand test them this weekend while fishing.

Now that I’ve done it, it’s semi straight forward. 3 bolts, 4 screws, and a steering wheel pulled to access the clock spring. Then another 3 screws to pull it off and move over the wiper and turn signal arms

finding the appropriate steering wheel puller took 3 trips to the auto parts store lol. Probably the most frustrating part

    Here's your to do:
    1. helsinki smash rod
    2. antivirus your computer
    3. gobble-de-goop your kanooter valve
    4. headlight fluid
    5. board stretcher for the bed
    6. vulcanize the whoopee stick

That should get you ahead of the game
