Did you adapt the usb block or is that an option I'm missing on their website?

    RDU airport
So I'm headed back to work in AK and flying out of Raleigh. First time flying out of RDU. My GF will be working and can't depend on others for a ride. Has anyone used airport parking at RDU for their vehicle? I'm hoping for covered parking but anything goes. Looks like lyft will cost close to $70 one way. I think that is ok since I will be leaving my truck there at least a month at a time.

    Input?

I'm most likely just going to use LYFT because my truck is the newest and most expensive thing I own. I'd hate to leave it somewhere to get dinnged up or worse. I want to be the one to do that!

Edit- I work 4 weeks on then 2-3 weeks off so this will be a recurring journey until October or so

Parking in covered parking at RDU is easy, but may not outweigh the Lyft cost. RDU ain’t busy and even less so now. I fly out of their quite often via Southwest. I guess if you Lyft there and then she picks you up that would probably work out best. RDU is pretty easy even pre COVID.

Form what I remember when using it in the past when I used to travel for business, I think parking is like $14 - $18 per day (regular vs premium/closer to terminal) at the lot nearest the airport. I dont know what the other lots charge but you can probably look that up online. Prob $8-10 per day.

There is limited long term covered parking most of long term is just big wide open parking. I'd do a lyft or uber before I left my vehicle there for a month.

Yall are right. Even if I have to use a ride share app both ways it'll probably work out about the same as leaving my truck in a lot, probablyless actually. I might get some quotes from taxi companies as well since I've never used a 'pickup time' with lyft but I know taxis are usually good about it

I'm not sure if they'll come way out our way but RDUTaxi (if they are still around) was specific for airport rides. Back in the day they use to pretty much flat rate certain distances and areas.

RDU Central parking is $10/day. I believe this is the lowest tier for parking deck.

I think I already knew what I was going to do/decision but figured I'd ask. Lyft is 70 one way. I'll be gone at least 28 days at least. I'm the person that parks in the very back lately because this truck is so much newer than anything I've ever had. 20 years newer to be exact. I want to make the damages not some random person.

Thanks for input everyone. I usually fly out of HSV or ATL and have a friend or family members place I can park at. Since living in Burlington (GF house) RDU is the new to me local airport

$70 one way to Burlington? That seems a bit high. I flew into RDU and got an Uber all the way out to Wilson, NC (south of Rocky Mount and east of i95) when I used to live out that way and it was only $47 in 2019.
