I handed in my tuning card. Too much drama not enough money/customers. @SearArtist who's the guy on that side of the state?

Damn, but that doesn't surprise me I've heard of them doing similar or not building quality shafts for a few people. Mine is still fine but don't think I'll be doing business with them anymore in the future.
What's wrong with spicer? Pretty sure that's who makes the factory shafts for the tacoma and the factory u-joints. That's what I'm using to make 1350 shafts for the jeep and yota.

Not on the 1st gens. We are anointed with the awesome Japanese ujoints and yoke ends that are d60 strength. People run them under 1ton buggies and stickies and will blow up 1ton parts before that older Toyota joints and driveshaft parts let go.

I did email Oliver's asking if they would retube my two shafts and keep it all Toyota and got the "bring it and we will see" response. I'm just boxing my stuff up and sending it to hi angle driveline in CA to build beefier tubed shafts for my truck. Probably overkill and $$$ for your rover though.

I used Carolina powertrain to retube my front after I snapped it in two, and they keep the factory yoke ends on it, so if you have one near you I recommend checking with them. There's one in hickory and Charlotte I believe.

I need the whole thing upgraded 1310 series that I can actually buy parts for and was trying to shop local.. Apparently they don't want my money. I'm probably going to get a ProperSpec(lucky8) from Amazon for $200

Does anyone in the area know of an auto glass shop who is willing to replace windshields without recalibrating the windshield sensors for the lane departure alert system? I know it is possible to do it without recalibrating and I don't really want to cough up an extra $300-$400 for something that isn't needed on a system I keep turned off all the time anyway. Thanks in advance.

Tough ask, most won’t due to the liability involved.

    ^^^what Kevin said

You might get lucky and find some semi sketchy shop that will do it for you but its gonna be a very limited crowd thats willing to do that. when I replaced my mirrors on my F150, there wasnt a soul in driving distance that would disable (or turn off the dash warning) my blind spot indicator since the new mirrors didnt have that little LED in the mirror

Will be headed to ECGS for some 5.29's on June 10th. Other than sit there, does anyone have any recommendations on what to eat near there food wise? Maybe I can uber somewhere for breakfast from their shop, and once my truck is done eat somewhere on the drive home?
