It all really depends on what you want to do with it.
Yea, the specs on that HF one are even lower than the 12v I have on my truck. I got the Campbell Hausfeld used from my father in law. HF has a similar one and so does tractor supply.
Check out this one from Home Depot

I think the primary use would be for tires. I have had to borrow one from someone to use a nailer. A big enough one would be nice if I ever decided to rotate my tires myself but thats questionable.

That pancake one would be fine to fill tires. But Idk about a nail gun.

They've got another one at HF thats a 6 gallon one. Not sure if that one would be better. Its $125 I think. From what I can gather. You want a high number @90psi. Not stuck on HF just looked at the website. I would be happy with Sears, lowes, HD, any of the stores. Oiled or Oiless?

Framing or roofing gun, no. trim and or Brad nailed, be fine unless you're rapid firing.

It should be fine for nail gun as long as you aren't rapid firing them. Most nail guns have a max of 120psi iirc.

Oiled will last longer if taken care of and usually have higher cfm.

I used to rebuild nail guns and air tools a long time ago when folks did that sort of thing on a regular basis
Framing and roofing nailers need high CFM for rapid fire and actual power, had a customer that required his guns to regularly drive resin coated framing nails into pressure treated timbers with out having to go back and finish set the nail. He went thru a lot of rebuilds

Shipping is a profit center at most places, it costs them $8 but you're gonna pay $12

I make a list of parts I need for my tractor then once it gets to be enough to be worth while I'll order online.
Local dealer hooked me $12 shipping on a $8 belt, and again for a $10 filter in a separate box when they didn't have it in stock

    Not gonna happen again

Depends on what I don't get done before Saturday. Currently, finish relay box and other wiring, scrape and paint bumper panel, Idler pulleys, the list goes on but I'm waiting to do some of it until I get my frame replaced.
