    Its how I do. Now to find an oring. I think I got the wrong size last time. @nj636 do you know what size and where I can get one? Mine does not fit tight to the outside of the bearing housing, it almost sits in the groove on the bolt face.

    I keep saying I wish I had the money to do exactly that while it's all apart.

    so i noticed tonight that you can really hear my belts and fan at idle, now my coolant isnt at full but its not at low, its kind of in the middle-ish??? is this something i should worry about? i need to do some preventive maintenance anyway its just funds are limited.

    If the overflow tank is in between the lines on the tank you're ok, just make sure when it's cold the radiator is full to the top at the cap. If it's not full there you may have other issues

    Accessory drive belt, belt tensioner (1) and idlers (2) are all maintainance items. Belt might look ok but is aged and worn, belt tensioner spring can get weak over time, look like its holding belt tight but not really doing the job ( usual cause if belt chirp and squeal along with worn belt )

    I ordered all new Idler pulleys for mine. Once USPS stops being dicks I'll get them on and let you know which ones work.
