My buddies jeep looks like a cartoon character like this

 

Started collecting parts for my Volvo build

 

By the time We get home we will have done about 2700 miles, running from wife's sisters house (85mi each way) and back and then my sisters house and back a few times (72miles each way)
Might make a St Louis trip too.

I have NO desire to ever have a regular cab truck again. They were great trucks, but I'm 6'5" and not small, regular cabs get cramped quickly. I made this trip many times in a regular cab just the wife and I. was less than a good time.

Hahah yeah, I did about a 1000 mile round trip on my honey moon this year with just the wife it was alright but I'm only like 5'7 on a tall day wearing boots and she's just a little taller than me so it's not awful with us. Trip to utah we're gonna have 2 or 3 more vehicles in the convoy, father in laws 4x4 mercedes sprinter, mother in laws 4 door jk rubicon, and maybe a tj

@Josh828 @336 Where's the snow?

 

@Sandman614 compared to when we put my AAL and spacers on, how long do you think putting 4 Billys on will take? Fronts are already in a spring but I need to adjust the setting so we would need to take it apart and compress it again. Any 'special' tools needed for this install?

 

For that we can probably just compress it on the shock off the truck without disassemble it. Shouldn't take too long, you know what you're doing now, or at least more so. Also we're not messing with the rear springs, rear shocks alone are simple.

So I don't need anything special to adjust the shock from 1.75 to 2.5?

I might be able to get some time tomorrow a.m. if you think we could knock it out in 3-4 hours. Last time took us almost 8

 

there hasn't been any snow this year. supposed to be warm like this through January.

 

It snowed saturday just a little bit, not even enough to cover the grass though

I want to make a build thread but you guys have posted some pics i want so how do i get those? I really dont wanna blow live up with pics from my phone either but if its my only option lol
