    Well I didn't get it to the specs you mentioned but it drives fine and the steering wheel no longer moves on its own. I used to be able to watch it start turning left when I let go and when I would brake it would really start turning.

    Unfortunately as I was pulling out of the shop I got more clunks and bangs so that means that sway bar has got to go. How hard is it to remove?
