    Mine is doing the same thing. But it still grills. Just got to cook everything on low because all the rusted out spots on the burner thing shoot out a lot of flame haha

    they're only TeePee snapped to let the drippings run off and get caught in the lower pan, I cut 5 flat pieces of sheet steel to replace them a few weeks ago, works fine.
