Whats up guys I bought a Tacoma in January and I live in Raleigh. Had it for about a month and a half and figured out all the frame issues that have been going on with them. Took about 2 weeks on the phone with Toyota corporate to get an appointment set up in Danville Virginia to have the CRC coating applied to the frame. The day after I dropped it off they called me and said the frame had a spot where they could poke a 10mm hole thru it so they failed the frame inspection and have had the truck for 6 weeks now waiting on my frame replacement to come in. Ive been in a 16' Corolla loaner since then. I think Ive got another 6 weeks until my frame should arrive. This dealership that is doing my frame replacement wont install any parts that are aftermarket like some dealerships will. I would like to ditch my spacer lift up front and go with 884's and Bilstein 5100's. In the back Id like to do a progressive AAL with bilsteins as well. Im ordering parts now and was thinking about trying to install everything myself but Im worried I would get stuck. Id be willing to pay someone who might have a little more knowledge working on tacomas if anyone is willing to help me with this install.

 

Mod Day, I will be living in Garner and have tools and have done a lift or 2. Sounds like a reasonable lift and will suit you well (for a while). This place will make you want more and more, i.e. bumpers, stickers, patches, t-shirts, lights, winch, super charger, ejector seat!!!!

 

@Sandman614 he's put a few lifts on.

 

I keep looking for the OEM ejector seat. Really don't like the fit of the aftermarket one
