    Si, LT1 (350, 5.7L) with 4L60E tranny..
I'm still a year and change away... But I paid 500 for car... I will"freshen" motor and rebuild tranny.. First on list, is installing locked 8.8 im rear and locking D30 up front...i will buy arb locker for rear sometime next week... Then save for install... Hopefully by August I will be arb locked front and rear....

    I wouldn't lock a D30. Especially with LT1 power. It won't live long.

It really doesn't get used much, plus I paid 700 for arb locker, 4.56 gears, arb compressor. For the 30, if I treat it right I'm hoping it will last a few years before I upgrade to a D44

    Camping, the early days

started as a day trip to the OBX, decided we wanted to stay the night at Oregon Inlet campground. Trip to ACE hardware in Manteo, 2 sticks of EPDM conduit, a 8x10 FEMA tarp and 100' of rope, Viola, we have a tent, and a lot of mosquitos..... a proper tent was purchased soon after.
