I wanted my mud flaps to be as level as possible. I did a cardboard cut out of the flap to find the screw loacations. These measurements are close and work, but ARE NOT PERFECT. I had to loosen the screws and tilt the flap to get it straight, but only on the side that I used the other mud flap as a template for. Please use these measurements on a cardboard template first and check to see if it needs to be adjusted! I made these so they are pretty centered on the tire and don't stick out. Use a 5/16 drill bit

Back Flaps (Measuring from the outer side of the car and the bottom of the flap)
    1. 1 1/8 x 15 3/4
    2. 2 3/16 x 12 15/16
    3. 3 5/8 x 11

You can adjust how low or how far out they hang so long as you change all of the corresponding measurements equally.
I messed up how low the front flaps hang so I cannot provide good measurements for it.
