I drew the crossbars as ellipses with a minor axis at 1.176" and the major axis at 2.553". Another issue with geometry is figuring out where to locate the notch for the extra rib that the crossbars have (highlighted in blue below.) I have it located with the center coincident to the ellipse with a horizontal distance of .41". Finally, the front to rear length will be determined by the size of your lightbar; this one only has 1.5" of clearance from the
mounting hole to the leading edge of the crossbar.

ETA: Maybe I should run some of these? I'm hoping to try and get my mill running some more AC mounts tonight, I'll see if I can set a vise up for each.

I took the time to install mine today, fit is perfect. It is infinitely more stable and a much slicker/ cleaner/ whatever you want to call it solution compared to the panamount I had before.

I also had a little time to install today. Was a little intimidated at first but it was much easier than I was expecting. Great product @Lostsheep !

I have. Many hard off road miles with no issues. I don’t have any pics unfortunately, but i run with a ipad4 mini, a phone and HAM radio faceplate. Still very happy with these mounts. Thanks again @Lostsheep :thumbsup:
