    We'll certainly get the brackets mailed out the same day we get them from the powder coater. We've got bare ones on hand should someone prefer to get the bracket sent now rather than wait any longer on PC, but I would recommend the PC ones. ;):cool:
    If anyone has been trying to call in or email, I've been trying to get back to everyone as soon as I can, we're just short handed during this busy time of the year. I was supposed to have a new office assistant starting yesterday, but the guy flaked out at the last second :notsure: Back to looking for quality help :annoyed:

    Got the female connector today. Didn't work. Super annoying. Plan C going to just use crimping connector after I cut off the connector it came with. I'm done looking for the unicorn.... :frusty:

    :rofl::rofl:

    I just bought a complete plug with male and female and cut the one off that was on the harness. Did have to order twice as the first one I got was for 16-18 AWG :anonymous:

    I personally prefer just cutting the harness down to only the length needed and then splicing the 2 ends either with crimp connectors or some male/female spade connectors rather than using the Deutsch connectors. That way there is no excess bundle of wire tied up and stashed under the hood of the truck. Comes out cleaner and is easier than using the Deutsch connectors.

    Bumper is still sitting at powder... along with another bumper and a TON of roof mount brackets and some other things :goingcrazy:

    Yeah thats the same thing that happened to Nathan's bumper. He was a day shy of month having it down there.
    Their $60k Rotary screw compressor for their sand blaster went down and it backlogged them

    I finally wised up and used crimp connectors from radio shack. 2.49 and they work! Hope to have pics up soon of working bar.

    How did you get lower bumper off? I had all the screws out but the bumper would not come off. I followed the write up from the grill craft website. Mine is a 2013.

    Does anyone have any input as to what would be a better fit for a roof mount radius bar? I haven't measured my truck yet... but I'm curious as to if the 50" will stick out at all? Looking to go as wide as possible without sticking out past the cab. Better yet, does anyone have any pictures of a 50" radius bar mounted up? After some searching I haven't found any examples.

    Looks good!

    I'll have some pics of the 50 mounted soon. One's going on Nathans(traction120) truck. We designed brackets for it and i think it looks pretty good. Sits right at the top of the windshield and is about the exact width of the windshield

    Great! Would be really interested to see this, getting close to pulling the trigger on a radius bar.

    Has there been any kind of long term durability reports on these particular bars?

    I followed the same I think. There's a couple screw tabs (if that's what they're called) in the wheel wells that were kind of a pain but once everything was off I was surprised how much effort it took to pull off the bumper. I thought I might break something pulling it from the tabs on each side. I can only imagine if you've taken everything off that that is the issue. It really takes some force. Just make sure all the tabs, bolts, screws, etc... are off before you pull. If you let me know where your getting stuck I can try to help more. Good luck!
