If this still hold the LED securely I'm okay with it.

Just put on a temporary brace on the mount, hopefully the mounts should be here by the end of the week?

Shouldn't be breaking any more! We did them from thicker material too, then plated that trouble area double thick.

I noticed that. They feel real sturdy don't think we will have any problems with these.
    Thank you !

I just noticed that both my mounts are cracked in exact same spot as the rest. No abuse, never been hit, no car washes etc. My brackets are for the 50" light bar not the 42". But cracks are same. I sent a pm to Eric and Nathan today with pics. Should I remove the light bar until replacements come or should it hold up you think?

I would think it'll hold, but I'll leave it up to you if it seems to be moving more with the weakened mount. I'll look into how to best reinforce these to prevent the issue again

My passenger side one cracked about 5 weeks after I got it installed (so like june) and I never checked but heard the noise, then my driver side cracked in september and I didn't reenforce them until october, got the new brackets in november. So yes you can but it'll put more stress on another point now

I think I'll take it off just to be safe because I hear it rattling more then usual lately. Thanks

Was this reinforcement just for the 42" brackets?
