If you would like the flush mounted Qs in the front, you will order the Fcube pair, and when it comes time to order your front bumper, call, or make a note that with your square wing cut-outs, you would like no recessed mounting and that you would like the holes cut to fit the flush mounted cubes

    Hope this helps

wondering if the curved 42" or regular 42" will work with the oem roof rack. is there a pic of the curved 42" mounted on a 2nd gen? once i figure out which i want(curved or straight), i'll order it.

Thanks for the pic. It doesn't look bad I just meant that the pic in the OP was hard to tell the angles and actual size so I just wanted a different perspective. This helps alot thanks

All good, the radius is mounted exactly as pictured. Crappy weather here today, but I'll take more pics, and at different angles this week.

We haven't developed mounts for the OEM rack yet, but.. In MY personal opinion, the straight combo 42 would look best in front of the rack.

do you have any pics of the curved in action? i think you might be right, the straight would look good mounted in between the oem rack

So for the DR42 we have to drill deeper in the pre-existing holes or is it plug and play?

I most likely will be ordering the curved 42 inch with the brackets, but my only concern is hiding the wire along the side of the windshield. Have you been able to hide it well or does it stick out? I looked at mine today and its a tight fit.

No need to drill the holes deeper. Only through the rubber weather stripping. The supplied bolts thread right into the pre-existing holes.

Using a flat head screwdriver, I was able to run the cable down the side. Will be even easier to remove the wire conduit and just run the power/negative wires down.

    I'd like DR42 w/ mounting brackets.

Ha it certainly grabs attention having a bar all the way across the roof!

    Will do

On the double cab it's no mods aside from popping a small hole in the rubber for the hardware to pass through. Included hardware will secure the brackets from there

On 2nd gens it takes a bit of effort to cram into the trim, it's a bit easier on 1st gen's from what I saw messing with my truck on Saturday
