Subbed until I convince myself to make a questionable financial decision.

Any more pics of the 42" bar on a 1st gen?

Think I am in for a 32". When ordering is the harness and switch automatically added on orders over 200 or do you need to select that you want a harness
($15) and that amount is subtracted during checkout?

HA, yeah I'll have some more in the next day or two on my truck, including night shots.
    No problem
Either of the standard ones should fit nicely. I can mount a pair and snap some pictures to be sure though.
If you place an order over $200 a harness will be sent automatically. Or if selected at checkout, upon processing the orders for shipping those that paid for a harness but were eligible for a free one will get the cost refunded.

I will be purchasing some of the F-Qube2's and am wondering whether or not I will need to purchase the wiring harness as well. I plan on mounting them in my rear bumper and tapping into the reverse lights to get them to come on when in reverse. Will I be able to do this without the wiring harness or will I need the harness. Or should I just get the harness and run a switch from the inside of the cab to turn them on?

These questions may be no brainers but I'm new to the LED world and am unaware and uneducated when it comes to the type of connectors they have and such. All I've ever dealt with is Hella type fogs.

sounds good. Even some pics and measurements might be enough. Otherwise I'll need to find a truck locally with a roof rack for mockup/prototyping.

I would be intrigued to see this as I have the OEM roof rack as well and would like to get a 42" curved bar from you one day...

PnoyBOSS Since our trucks are silver (or at least it looks like it in your sig) Do you think the light bar on top of the windshield would create to much glare off of the hood? I read a while ago about people thinking that.

So there's really no need for the extra wires huh? I was hoping not. So i'll just need to take the connector off and splice into the reverse lights. Better find someone good with electrical

The reason I would run a harness is because these LEDs are super bright, and I personally would like the ability to turn them on via switch if I want to have them on whilst not in reverse.

I do agree there….Guess I'll get the harness.

Is there a way to do both? Have them spliced to the reverse lights and still have a switch?
