If you are hauling the sport bikes more, make sure you get a ramp that has a slight bow in it. The flat ramps always cause a lower sitting bike to get caught on the tailgate.

    Loading techniques....
Dirt Bikes....Ride that bitch up in there
Street Bikes.....Start it up and kick it in to first gear. Walk next to it while you are slowly feathering the clutch and walking the bike into the truck. Be sure to use your dirt bike center stand as a step or use something sturdy to kind of boost yourself into the bed. Once the bike is in.....turn the key and use a canyon dancer. It really is that simple.

I think the ready ramp is perfect for motorcycles! Used one for years in my Tundra. My dilemma is my ramp is too big for my Tacoma. I've tried selling it locally on Craig's List w/ no luck for $125. New ramps to fit the Tacoma run $210. What do you think about cutting a section out of my ramp to make it fit the Tacoma? Looks like it would be 7". My worry of course is would the strength be compromised by the cut & welded aluminum?
