If you have a few hundred years to spare I would run diagnostics on the wife. See if you can figure out why she’s complaining that you like to keep your Tacoma fueled up and ready to go. Women are tough to figure out tho… your time might be better spent elsewhere. Haha

Life would be much easier if they came with OBDII ports and threw error codes.

I've seen airlock happen in full size diesel engines. It doesn't happen every time, but it definitely happens.

Ride a motorcycle. Replace the pillion seat with a rack. I get 64mpg on my bike with zero nagging. It's wonderful.

Already did that in December. Got a 2019 Honda Goldwing. Had a 2019 Rav4 and traded it for the Taco in May so I could tow the bike on a UHaul trailer when my schedule didn't allow riding it to a far away destination. That was crap load #1 from the Mrs....trading in a 2 year old car just because it couldn't tow. Bike doesn't get 64 MPG but at least it gets close to her Prius, and I don't get any crap for the bike because she had a Heritage Softail until her bad back made it too risky to ride.

My apologies to the TW Gods if I've strayed too far off topic.

If fuel costs the same, I’m currently in the middle of a road trip and have seen gas prices fluctuate $0.50 if you drive passed the big town into the boonies

Of all the things to lie about on the internet for clout, running out of gas is pretty low on that list

Part of me feels like posts like these are some kinda bot fuckery or smear campaign. Like post some shit about your engine blowing up or fuel pump etc. It gains a lot of traction, gets people riled up and talking for 20-30 pages, then it climbs up the algorithm on Google and affects brand image. Or maybe Im just weird lol.

Well the good news is that since its on the internet. Itll get bumped every 3 months by someone new asking OP if he ever solved the issue since they have a completely related/unrelated issue.

To OP loved ones: Will you be selling his Tacoma? Used Tacoma prices are next to nothing at this time. But, since I knew him best on TW, I can pick it up and pay a small cash honorarium by tomorrow.

Do not be so boorish, the OP's family and I are in mourning at this time.

Also, on a different subject, I will be picking up a Taco tomorrow that recently ran out of gas. Now it will not start. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thats how your forum correctly. Or rage quit after 15 minutes when no one has handed you the solution on golden platter.
