Your truck is probably fine unless you see something. I backed over a 10ft fiberglass a frame ladder in the driveway once. Truck was fine, ladder wasn't.

I ran over a telephone pole laying straight across the road, don't ask how I didn't see it. I was going 65 mph and didn't even know what I hit, until I saw it in my mirror. There was no damage to my vehicle at all, and I think it had to do with the speed at which I hit it at.

this reminds me of my favorite game to play with tailgaters.

they get close, i'll slow down slightly, allow them to get closer, then when the roads otherwise clear around me besides the tailgater, i jerk the wheel with full panic effort like i'm avoiding a nuclear bomb in the road. they're of course too close to see anything, so they must just assume they mass murdered an entire family of eagles.

most times they back off about 20 car lengths, so they can now safely see what's coming ahead of them and have time to react, and i arrive at my destination still laughing.

If it drives fine and looks fine, I think you are fine.

I drove over a downed freeway light pole at hiway speed once in my Mitsubishi mirage. I think I suffered more emotionally than my car did.

Years ago, while listening to the traffic reports on local L.A. radio, there was a report of a ladder in the number 2 lane of whatever freeway. The traffic reporter then added with a straight face that they were taking steps to remove it.

my story is on the freeway i ran over a large (4'X4') piece of plastic wrap for covering stuff.
10 miles later i got to work and looked under because something smelled.
the plastic had gotten caught stuck on the exhaust and melted to it, including the CAT.
    that sucked!

It seems like you already looked over the truck after it happened. Seeing as no physical damage/leaks and it drives fine, you probably don't need a to visit a dealer right away. You could perhaps, on your next service to dealer/mechanic have them look it over when its on a lift. The car/truck is more durable than you think. My friend hit some kind of ramp/wheel chock on the freeway in his X5. It was a hard 12" cube. We were at about 70MPH. It was a violent hit and we caught a tiny bit of air. I thought for sure a rim was bent or tire puncture, but everything was fine when we stopped and looked at it. He is a mechanic. He has had no issues since.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
If it seems you just mounted then went clean over the ladder and it didnt do any noticeable damage, then the main thing Id have in mind to check is the suspension (this includes joints ect that are part of the suspension/steering). Probably wouldnt cost too much to have a shop put it up and check it out.
