    Reviving this thread a little. I just bought one that is on order to come in about 8 weeks from now. Have not seen a single picture of a skyline camper shell on a tacoma. I plan to write a long full review on it for the forum members to have. It costs me about $800 less than buying new for ARE or LEER with all the options I wanted. So I will post pics as well once I get it.

    Picked up a used one last weekend. Dual vented windoors, carpeted, clothes hangers, interior light, and the previous owner added the prinsu top rack.

    I'm really happy with it. It was bought in 2020 and is in good shape. I need to silicon the 3rd brake light, and I've ordered replacement struts for the windoors as they are very slow to open.

    Any leaking as far as you are aware? I just ordered a Ranch Skyline with Vented Windoors on both sides. Super excited. Great looking cap.

    It rained the other day and I noticed it's leaking around the 3rd brake light. I'm just going to silicon it one of these weekends, but that's it so far.

    I also just reused the gasket from the previous owner for the bulkhead. Ill probably need to silicon that eventually.

    Not that I've noticed. I only noticed the 3rd brake light leak because it made a small puddle on my bed mat.

    In case anyone needs to look up replacement windoor shocks. The OEM ones are like $35 a piece, I found some cheap one on Amazon for $20 a pair. Save yourself almost $100 and get the Amazon ones.
