Ranch Toppers?

    I don’t really have a preference in brands as I bought this one used. Same color as my truck so I didn’t have to paint it.

    I purposely have it set back slightly. On my old Tacoma the topper would flex with the bed and rub the cab which eventually rubbed through the paint. I don’t know if this one would do that too, but I didn’t want to risk it.

    I only have (2) issues with it;

    1. It doesn’t lock. Not a big problem because I don’t keep anything valuable back there. I don’t know if that’s an option when you buy one new, but it would be nice to have.
    2. There’s a gap in the front of the cap and the bed. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that. I thought maybe I was supposed to remove the plastic bed rails, but I didn’t want to. I just cut a strip of foam and set it in there. Haven’t seen a drop of water in the bed yet.
