Anyone live in Rancho and commute to Downtown LA? Looking to possibly move out here and wondering if it's better to live near the 10 or 210. Metro Gold line is opening a new light rail station in Azusa with free parking so Im considering living off the 210 and commuting to that station instead of metro link.

 

210 I would think is a better commute.

 

210 would be better, but you still get a good amount of traffic depending on what time you leave in the morning.

 

saw a few big houses in some tract lots (cookie cutter neighborhoods) where you're super close to your neighbor, but the house is big and rent is cheap per sq. ft. How is it living in those kind of neighborhoods? Here is an area we are considering:

 

Close to Victoria Gardens, In-N-Out and other good restaurants too.

 

Your still looking at a 2 hr commute.

X2 that's a good area 210 or north of 210= good neighborhoods. Also north east Rancho is the better area. Around Victoria Gardens is good but expensive. Good luck

 

thanks. I've been living in LA for over 5 years, but I take the subway to work every day so I avoid traffic. I guess moving to IE means I need to suffer like most other people now lol

 

there is an upside to this move... Rancho Cucamonga is in San Bernardino County... The sheriff is shall issue here

 

Its a term for if you can get a CCW permit. San Bernardino county issues without any extraordinary reasoning
