If I bring along my pal @Spencer can he share my camp space with me or is this assigned camping spaces? If he goes, he and I can split the cost. Not sure if he can go as of yet however.

The spaces are not assigned, but we'll have 7 trucks occupying 4 sites. So that means there would be room for one more truck.

I run 'em, and they work well. The new ones have are greaseable, so that'd be good.

Mine are squeaking bad. Did some research and found that the ball joint could be bad. Maybe thinking of finally upgrading to some icons or total chaos like I've wanted..

It's not a meet I'm putting on so I'm going with the flow. I'm down to hit them all, however. Jacoby Canyon (2wd friendly) is a good warm up and more fun coming from the rear/end and I know how to get from our campground (located near Jenks Lake about halfway up the mtn) to Big Bear lake off road. There's all kinds of trails. John Bull is probably the most difficult requiring high clearance, 4x4, full skids, and sliders - lockers a plus. (No lockers to help improve your off road skills). There's skyline trail for the stock 2wd. As I mentioned, whatever the group wants to do I'm down.

I'll be fishing at dawn Fri and/or sat am.

I've finally got everything armored except the rear diff. No lockers and only a mild lift but that's the reason for the armor:thumbsup:

They were brand new when I put them on, and they wore out already? Crazy fast. Not something I want to replace every 15-20k on a dd.

That's fast. Should get a lot longer than that. I get about 2 years out of a uniball.

Edit: see if you have a warranty on the joints. You might get new free ball joints maybe.

Go dig up your receipts and maybe get the new ones with the zerk fitting. Worth bugging them.
