Looking to replace my stock 2017 SR5 shocks with ranchos shortly. Stock tires currently, but I will be upgrading to some all terrains shortly.

I do mostly highway miles, but do some pretty extensive beach driving as well that can get a little rough. Has anyone had any experience with these shocks:

    and these struts: http://www.gorancho.com/products/sh...mance-strut/rancho-rs5000x-strut-rs55777.html

Would I be better off going with Bilstiens?

Bilstiens should give a better ride. I think Rancho and Pro Comp are two of the same.

I remember when every other truck had RS5000's. I even had the 9000's on my old Ranger. Not much love for Rancho these days though I don't see much evidence they aren't viable.

Take a look at the Eibach. Monotube, made in the states and ride great.

I had the rs9000 on a jeep and the dials seize up and the shocks blow pretty easy. Rust bad. Lifetime warranty, but sucks pulling one to send back frequently. Blew both rears out within a month. Why they're so cheap and always have big rebates. They're a crapshoot, known people that run them and have good luck.
