ooking to replace my stock 2017 SR5 shocks with ranchos shortly. Stock tires currently, but I will be upgrading to some all terrains shortly.

I do mostly highway miles, but do some pretty extensive beach driving as well that can get a little rough. Has anyone had any experience with these shocks:

    and these struts: http://www.gorancho.com/products/sh...mance-strut/rancho-rs5000x-strut-rs55777.html

Would I be better off going with Bilstiens?

Honestly I’ve had bad luck with the 5000series in the past more than once they start leaking. The 9000s always treated me well but bilstein is a way better shock imho especially if your staying stock height.

I was asking my neighbor about his rancho shocks. He likes them, but says the adjusters on the 9000s tend to get stuck (MN salt) But, any time he has had a warranty issue, they just send him a new shock, no questions asked, no need to send back the old one.

Im leaning to a set of rancho 9000s for my truck just due to the warranty.
