Rancho Suspension...opinions?

    OH! No coils with that...now I see where the price I was coming up with comes from. I've only been looking at complete kits. I'm assuming its not a terrible idea to replace my coils with 115k on them?

    This. I built up a '89 Isuzu Trooper back in the day. Rancho 9000's were THE shock at that time (98-02), and served me very well. I was away from trucks for a while, and have been surprised at how little I hear about them now. I think the industry has just exploded and there are so many well engineered options that have raised the bar....

    This. In the 90's having a "doubled up" Rancho was very common...

    Unless you are stuck on those two brands why not skip a step and go with Fox 2.0's and know you did better than the two you are looking at . I have yet to see someone not be happy with them and many are exbilstein owners.

    Just from a very quick search, so I'm sure I didn't find the best price, but it looks like Fox 2.0s are about $600-$800 more than then entire bilstein setup, depending on what you want. That would be my main reason.

    I’m running the Rancho setup been on for 3 years and about 45000 miles. No issues gave me almost 3 inches in front. Set both front and back at 4 of course I don’t tow anything. Rides good in my opinion. Only real off-roading I do it getting to good hunting spots, some of those roads are pretty nasty. At the time was the cheapest way to go and was worth the money. I’m running 265/70R17 BFG KO2s never even come close to rubbing. Alignment was no problem with my truck and it tracks straight and true.
