Random Interior accent colors??

I have the red I'll trade you for the grey

 

I was at the dealership yesterday and we talked about those panels. They said they a a textured rubberized finish, not the smooth vinyl like in some trucks. They also said it is a dirty red.

 

My buddy has the red ones and I have the grey ones. I've driven both trucks. They are the same texture/material.

 

My SR has a smooth vinyl panel. It is not rubberized.

 

Sounds like the SR is different but the SR5 and TRD models are the same.

My 2018 sport has interior door panels that are somewhat textured, I do not see this one very many trucks

My doors are like that too.

 

Could just get grey and add tour own touches to it. Problem fixed!

 

I have the smooth panels in my SR5 but I really like this look.

As for colors I think the red/caramel panels look good (mine are grey w/ black interior), I'm just not sure I'd really be into that style for years of daily driving.

 

The truck that I am looking at buying has the caramel/black and I'm curious to see it in person. I have heard of people covering it or changing it later on so I am sure it would not be the end of the world if I grew tired of it.

 

I like that look. Do you possibly have more pictures. The truck I am looking at purchasing has that same color, I just want to know if it has more of a caramel/leather look or if it is more of an orange color.

 

I will trade my black ones for red or the camel tan color.

 

I'm still trying to find someone who does a custom leather cover for the center console lid. I've tried to contact Kylin through FB, IG and email - nothing.

I have a brand new lid in the box ready to get recovered.

 

Dam sorry but if I had to look at those everyday they would already be rattle canned ...lol

 

It'd probably be different if it had tan leather seats or something to compliment it. Other than that, it's kind of like the chrome bumper. It just looks out of place.

 

I sold my '16 back in 2018. I have a silver '19 now.

 

Traded it in back in 2018. I do wish I had the black bitch back though. She was paid off.

 

My son is shopping around for a new tacoma to replace his 2006 tacoma
...and all I can say is finally, there's a new interior. That same old tan or grey cloth seat needed an update. The red accents around the dash and door are pretty sweet! I hope it works out that he gets a deal on red accent truck.
