I've never had brake dust just glide off wheels like on the tacoma.

Throttle tip-in is nicely muted/soft to help in low range off-road situations, and the brake force is just right, (e.g. not over-boosted).
It's no jeep JK off-road, definitely can't be with the stock tires, but still pleasantly surprised!

Wait until you put a drop hitch and back up to a trailer with the backup camera, it's an almost can't miss. I'd say can't miss but I've seen guys here stumble on the gas cap hanger.

Do you need to know, or care?
Left the truck running with the wife inside when I ran into the store yesterday, came back out and the LED daytime running lights were staring down at me. Those things look BADASS, IMO.

I like that people are always asking me about Crawl Control. They first ask if it's the one with Crawl Control. I say yes. These guys visited with us at lunch. They were staying in the cabin up the road for the weekend. The one guy says, "Haha, yeah! This guy's had a boner for crawl control since it came out. We were just talking about it!". They often ask what it's like. I usually respond with, "Loud." They ask why. I say because the individual brake actuation is extremely loud from under the hood. They often want to see the electric brake pump so I pop the hood and they are amazed that there is no ugly brake booster.

If I do demonstrate for them, I usually use 1mph because it makes the most noise and they laugh. They ask if I've ever used it on a trail and I say no.

Nothing fancy, yet. Weathertech mats front/back + their mud guards, some reflective striping and custom carpets on the storage bin lids underneath the jump seats.
Among a bunch of other stuff, I like that my Ruger LCP & pocket holster fit perfectly in the change holder to the left of the steering column.:)

First truck Ive ever owned. Always went cheap on cars to have some extra change for the family but thrilled I finally got the vehicle I wanted. Simple but cool thing is the tonneau cover locking ability. Nice to store stuff overnight securely when I'm traveling. Backup camera, gas mileage for a truck, keyless entry Etc...oh and westga42 mentioned above, my bodyguard fits perfectly in the change holder and storing my M&P shied under the seats in the back row

So far there are a number of things I am liking, but a lot if it is the little things. Like the radio will put my channel on pause when I'm on the phone. Then pick up where it left off when I'm done talking. Not to big of a deal when listing to music, but great for a talk show. The interior is laid out nicely and the seats are comfortable.

I like the zero delay in the backup camer after startup and putting it in reverse. Other trucks I've had to wait through the startup sequence for the the camera to come on.

I'm completely happy with my taco. I love the black paint even if it needs washing every day!

I said I'd never have another black bike after my 04' Harley. What do I have now? A black Yamaha Super Tenere and a dark grey FZ-09.
We are gluttons for punishment! =)

I'm a customer, not a salesman, Give this company's waxes and protectant a try.
The VB2-S wax is incredible on black. Apply, leave it on at least 20 min. and it buffs out with ease.
The plastic & rubber protectant makes Armor-all cry.

Was there a how to somewhere for the tailgate removal? I don't want to mess up the backup camera wiring.

    Thanks.

Haven't taken the tailgate off yet, but there should be a bag with two dummy plugs and an instruction sheet.

I'm sure there is, but I just got under the truck and disconnected the wire, and then lifted the tailgate off. Open 45/60 degree like Ford for right side pivot pin to release, and just lift out of other side. Don't forget to disconnect the two safety wires (one on either side of tailgate wrapped in black plastic/rubber).
