Random vibrations

    I have been having a vibration that will randomly come up when im driving around 35 to 45 mph its not bad but noticeable and only last a few seconds at most ,any opinions would be great.

    Seems like majority of it is in the dash. I can drive for a day it wont happen then out of no where it can do it a couple of times in a 30 minute drive.

    Those will cause random vibrations. Its jist wierd that it always does it between 35 and 45 mph.

    On a serious note, are you sure it isn't the differential bearing?

    I guess it could be. Ive seen alot of stuff where it says torque converter

    The diff is a rhythmic hum. It's easily confused with the sound of MT tires.

    Probably not the diff bearing. Mine was pretty tame. I've hard it described as running over rumble strips, but it's a rhythmic whir, whir, whir...

    I don't know anything about torque converters. I drive a 6 speed trans.
