Looks good  However how come the driver side slider is missing a gusset at the last rear leg of the slider?

To have room for the KDSS lines. Getting the driver's slider on was a real pain in the ass. I had to unbolt the KDSS hard lines, and then wedge the slider between them and the frame. Getting the bolts in was an exercise in patience.

Prinsu full length rack is on, along with a light bar from Slims Depot. Mall rated for now. Light bar isn't wired up yet. I'll do it once I have more accessories to wire so I can keep the wiring neater. I also just need the time to do it right.

really wishing I could do a TRD model 4R but these fertile loins produced too many offspring which forces me to look for 3rd row seating options. Looks like i'm shopping for SR5.

The one time I wheeled the wife's SR5 it did fine. It has ATRAC which helps a lot, and you can always add and ARB in the front or rear. The only other real differences are a lever for the transfer case vs a knob, and the option of getting KDSS. KDSS is awesome, but man it sucks when you're installing sliders, and REALLY sucks when you're putting a lift on.

I don't think i need kdss anyway. And, it rode so nice stock, I might be tempted to keep mods very minimal. Will have to look up what the bare minimum lift is to fit 33s without getting flamed for asking. LOL.

I really like that roof rack, ladder, and light you got.

255/80/17 fit stock. 285s can fit stock with some massaging. I did the Toytec coilover lift which was about $1200 if memory serves.

I think my next mod will be a winch bumper.

So you’re ditching the V8 swap for a VW swap?

    That's the VW.

In other news, ordered a bumper. Might order skids also, depending on how good the deals are this weekend.

Ordered skids from RCI tonight with their 15% off deal. Got IFS/front, LCA, rear lower link, and fuel tank skids.

I don't think I ever posted pics of our old 4Runner in here, so here's one for posterity.

What mount did you use for the CB antenna and how did you route the wire?

Diamond K-400 mount with Firestik Firering on the driver's side lip of the hatch. Wire went up and into the factory boot at the top of the hatch, into the headliner, down the driver's D-pillar, forward behind the cargo area plastic to the driver's rear sill plate, diagonal under the carpet to the center console.
