We try to keep our products in stock at all times, but unfortunately that doesn't always happen. We were out of these springs for 2 months, now they are in stock as of 5/14, so if anyone else is still waiting on them, please contact me directly. Even though we sometimes have delays in getting parts out, we certainly wouldn't burn anyone!

I'm not gonna tell any company how to implement policy with customer service, but if it happened the way the OP said (& have no reason to believe otherwise) For a vendor to reply with something like "We take days off too" I promise it would be my last purchase. Now if it were my company & my employees were playing "hot potato" with the customer (who already paid) particularly the first to make contact with customer(making the sale) 1 or 2 might be looking for another job, that is PISS POOR customer service, a severe ass chewing at the very least.. just my opinion .....

That was merely a response to those who thought we should have responded to the thread over the weekend. We do in fact work many weekends by being out of the trails and at events.

I don't blame the OP at all for being pissed off, I would have been ticked too if my parts took that long, but it certianly wasn't intentional. In fact, we were trying to hook him up with free swag and free delivery for the inconvenience and we did everything we could to get those parts in faster.

The OP now has his parts and we even credited him back some money, so it's all good!

I received 2/3 parts yesterday because UPS sent the other leaf pack to Sylmar (?). It was a mistake on their end. It is all here now waiting for the install. Thanks.

That kind of behavior loses customers. I won't be buying my front bumper from them...had difficulty executing the transaction (after 10 or so failed attempts). Figured it was a "sign"...lol glad I saw this thread...

Wow! Way to bring up an old thread for no reason. You just placed an order with us on 9/27 (less than 1 week ago), we tried multiple times to bill your credit cards and contacted you at least 4-5 times, yet they are still declining. I'm sorry, but we cannot ship a bumper to you until it is paid for. We've been holding one for you, but I guess we'll sell it to the next customer. Sorry it didn't work out.

The reason I've changed my mind on purchasing an allpro bumper is because of the experiences I've read about in this thread and in a couple others. The customer service people were quite friendly and continued to try to make the transaction complete, but it just didn't happen...and I'm okay with this...like I said, call me superstitious, but when several attempts fail at making a purchase, I've learned I better just take my money and run...nothing against the company, just my personal policy...

I guess I'd liken it to hearing that, "still small voice" and ignoring it...only to find you would have been much better off had you hearkened...

Anyway, to compound the situation was reading about the disappointing problems several people had with allpro.

I also started to really consider..."do I want to go through the pain of bolting this thin bumper together....then mounting it, only to find that I have inadequate protection?" I thought about it long and hard and realized the answer was truly, no.

I'm going to spend a little more and get a beefier one-piece bumper.

Just want to reiterate, customer service/sales reps seem eager and helpful, kudos, and keep it up.

    Best of luck.

So you bumped this thread because your credit card had issues finishing the order??
I'm with all pro on this one man- You brought up someone elses frustrations (which were resolved to the satisfaction of all involved) for no reason. And your "personal policy" of reading a limited number of mixed reviews- which involved some confusions/miscommunications from both parties and were all resolved as your reasoning for taking your business elsewhere...again for no reason.

    Pretty lame.

I have to say I've been VERY pleased with ALL-PRO and SARAH in all my transactions. I've heard nothing but great things. It sucks for K20me (JOE) for the delay on this leaf packs. I know all companies will have their ups and downs. In the end Sarah stepped it up and made up for the delay. I know Joseph received a very well made proven product. . .

I've had nothing but great experience with NIKE but they've failed me once or twice. I'm still a long time customer regardless. Same thing with TOYOTA. You know they've made fantastic products but they too make mistakes. Its how they handle it and rebuild from it. . .

    ALL PRO is "THUMBS UP"

I WOULD LIKE THE RECORD TO SHOW IN NO WAY IS THE ALLPRO BUMPER "THIN"
it is VERY protective for offroading use.

And the three piece bolt together is great! if you mess up one side of the bumper, you can replace just that piece instead of the whole bumper.

...I think that the bumper having to be bolted together with 3 pieces compromises the structural integrity of it. I think Solid, welded bumpers are far stronger and safer like ARBs

Also, for the record, I love my allpro. I have winched a crap load with it, and it has held up great. Plowed into NUMEROUS rocks, trees, etc, and again, it has held up great.

I also like the three piece design, as I can replace a PART if it gets damaged, and not a whole bumper. Also like the fact that it is lighter than most. Considering all the armor and extra weight I have put on my truck, its nice to shave off as much as I can, and this bumper, even though lighter then ARB (or others) provides PLENTY of strength and protection.
