The truck has LED aftermarket lights and signals. Does anyone know if I can get a turn signal flasher designed for LED lights that will plug into original fuse box receptacle. 2014 Tacoma TRD

But I don't think the flasher module is in the fuse box.
    I could be wrong.
    It's separate on 1st gens

I believe you can also add a resistor so the system doesn't see the drop as a burned out bulb.

@Sightseer, no one makes a LED flasher unit for DTRL (daytime running light) equipped 2nd gens. They use a 12 pin connector, which is different from the non-DTRL 8 (?) pin flasher unit. Since you have a newer 2nd gen, you probably have a 12 pin flasher. Your only options are soldering in a resistor or switching the LED bulbs back to the stock incandescent bulbs. Since resistors are pretty failure-prone, I'd personally go back to stock.

*Edited to add: I'm not a Tacoma expert, and I am a certified electrical idiot. I could very well be wrong about the above.

I do wish someone would come out with a 12 pin LED flasher unit. I'd love to swap my stock bulbs for LEDs.
