Don't fret on your price. As HomerTaco has shown with his Satoshi's it is a supply and demand thing. 550.00 to 650.00 should be fine due to the time you put in and excellent quality.

once I get this one out I will pm you but I have had his grill almost 2 months because I work 6 days a week(50 hours plus) and I also try not to work until I don't have fun doing this anymore... I do not want to rush quality or lose sanity while doing this so that being said as long as you can be patient I have no problem building one for you!

thanks man.. I thought it would get easier after the first grill but I was wrong about that!

OP Nice looking grill! I'm 2 seconds from cutting into my grill and have a few questions based on your experience...
How did you attach the plastic pieces to the sides before laying down the fiberglass?
Would you suggest this method now that you've made a few grills? Or is it better to just create a template for the fiberglass and forget about adding pieces of plastic?

making a template has been the easiest way so far using the fiberglass!

Thanks, that is what I was thinking also.
Does the fiberglass solution stick to the template?

    thanks!

    thanks!
this is what I did so it wouldn't stick!
-after you make the mold from clay I put tinfoil over the mold and over lapsed the tinfoil over the grill so I would not get fiberglass on the grill itself.
-then I put clear packing tape over top of the tinfoil. (I did this so the fiberglass wouldn't stick to the tinfoil and once the fiberglass dries you can just pull the tape off!)
    -then you have a mold!
