OP, how old is your truck or the battery? Did you just drain it or you need a replacement battery?

Just installed some spartan raptor lights from Amazon. Add a fuse in the 10a slot posted in this thread. Worked great, looks great.

I knew it was kinda sus when I installed my raptor lights 1.5 years ago because there was really no information about tapping into the INJ fuse and nobody was doing it other than a few people at the time. I ended up removing the wireharness back in January 2021 because I didn't feel comfortable tapping into it. My raptor lights are now sitting on my grille doing nothing lol

    Hi all,

I'm hopping in this thread as I am having the same issues and troubleshooted the above comments. Installed raptor lights, they worked fine for a few weeks, and now it doesn't start (cranks but no start) and getting a "check brake system error". Which I've read means I have a short?

I unplugged all lights and battery to go back to prior to having the lights and tried starting and no luck.

    Any recommendations?

Why would "check brake system" mean there is an electrical short? There could be an electrical short with the brake system or there could be countless other problems with the brake system. Probably you should check the brake system and all of the other common sense, easy to do electrical checks.
